Transport Contract for Dairy products

We invite Freight Rate Quotations for transportation of our Dairy Products through
Open Truck / Container / Refrigerated Van (HCV) for the year 2011-2012

"Transport Contract 2011-2012" Period: November 01, 2011 to October 31, 2012

Interested are requested to quote the freight rates in terms of Rs./Quintal for the destinations as per your choice on Ex-Anand/Baroda transportation basis. Though you have to quote your freight rates for the destinations as per your choice on Ex-Anand/Baroda transportation basis, you will have to lift the products from all our Member Unions in Gujarat for the destinations quoted by you as per your choice and the additional payments for transportation from loading points other than Anand/Baroda will be paid as under.

* Only for Raipur & not for Indore.

Kindly go through our Terms and Conditions of the said transport contract and return the same duly signed by the authorized signatory of your firm & a DD amount of Rs. 25,000/- drawn by Nationalized Bank in favour of Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd., Anand alongwith your quotation of most competitive freight rates for the destination for which you are in a position to provide satisfactory transportation services. Please note that your quotation of freight rates and accepting our terms & conditions shall neither mean our approval of your registration with us as our approved transport carrier nor any assurance from our side to call upon you for any further negotiations of freight rates with you. It would be at our discretion and decision.
