Thandai

  1. Grind together 8-10 soaked and peeled almonds, 3-4 elaichi and 2 tsp sanuf. Blend with 1/2 tin Amul Mithai Mate, 1 1/2 liters milk, 5-6 peppercorns, 1 tsp khus essence and crushed ice.
  2. Serve garnished with rose petals.
