Coconut Delight

Ingredients:
  • 6 cups sugar;
  • 2 cups milk;
  • 2 cups grated coconut;
  • 1 cup gram flour;
  • 1/2 cup rawa, roasted;
  • cardamom powder to taste;
  • 3 cups ghee.
Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a heavy bottomed pan stirring on a low heat for 20 minutes or till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Pour the mixture into a greased plate and when cool, cut into diamond shaped pieces.
