Coconut Delight
Ingredients:
- 6 cups sugar;
- 2 cups milk;
- 2 cups grated coconut;
- 1 cup gram flour;
- 1/2 cup rawa, roasted;
- cardamom powder to taste;
- 3 cups ghee.
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a heavy bottomed pan stirring on a low heat for 20 minutes or till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Pour the mixture into a greased plate and when cool, cut into diamond shaped pieces.
