A delegation from Israel is touring India to learn about the dairy sector. As part of their study tour, they visited Anand on October 30, 2007. Amongst the places they visited were Amul Dairy, a Village Dairy Co-operative Society and GCMMF. At GCMMF, they interacted with Shri Pathibhai G. Bhatol, Chairman, Shri B. M. Vyas, MD, GCMMF and Shri Rahul Kumar, MD, Kaira District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union.

The success of the dairy cooperative sector made a deep impact on them and they would like to study the working in further details.
