The former Prime Minister, Shri I. K. Gujral, released the memoirs of the Father of the White Revolution, Dr. Verghese Kurien, titled "I Too Had a Dream" (as told to Gouri Salvi) at a glittering function, held at the India International Centre. Later Dr. Kurien presented a copy of the book to the Hon'ble President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, at Rashtrapati Bhawan. The President feels that the Cooperative model of Amul is one of the leading examples for the successful cooperative model in the 20th century in the country. The efforts of Dr. V.
