GCMMF conducted its 21st Corporate Hoshin Kanri (Policy Deployment) meeting at Anand from 21st to 24th February, 2007. Managing Director, Chief General Manager, General Managers, Depot-in-Charges, Zonal Managers, Zonal Accounts-in-Charges, Zonal System-in-Charges, Departmental Heads, Product Officers, Wholesale Dealers, Member Union Representatives, Ad Agency, etc. participated in the above meeting.

GCMMF at corporate level conducts this kind of meeting twice a year - one in February and another in September. The meeting is conducted in LSIP (Large Scale Interactive Process) manner. During this meeting the group reviewed the Hoshins taken during the September, 2006 Hoshin Kanri meeting, discussed about new initiatives like creation of Amul Preferred Outlets (APOs) and Segmentwise penetration. Also taken Hoshins for the year April 07 to March 08.
