Shri K C Shahshidhar, CGM and Head, NABARD Regional Office, Jharkhand, Shri D. K. Srivastava, Additional Secretary, Rural Development, Govt. of Jharkhand, Shri Nigam, Additional Secretary, Welfare Dept, Govt. of Jharkhand and Shri Damdare, DGM, Bank of India, Ranchi visited Anand on December 21, 2007. They were on a visit to Gujarat to understand and learn from the development initiatives taken by the state. They visited Amul Dairy and Museum, the Chocolate Plant at Mogar, IRMA and GCMMF. Wide ranging discussions with GCMMF Managing Director, Shri B. M. Vyas and other senior officials gave them an in depth understanding of the issues involved.
