GCMMF's Head Office at Anand organized their 10th Annual Kaizen Celebration Day on 30th July, 2005. On 27th & 28th July all employees shared their Best Kaizens of the year in front of the audience. On 30th July a cultural evening was organized and the children of employees participated in the same. Also, the Best Kaizeners, Kaizen Coordinators, Kaizen King and Kaizen Prince were recognized through certificates and gifts. A Kaizen Dinner was also organized after the programme. This programme gave an opportunity for the employees and their families to interact with each other and build more relationship.
